This update improves team collaboration with @mentions and formatting in comments, adds option to schedule Facebook cover photo changes, and finally brings link previews.

@Mentions in comments

Tag team members directly in post comments. They'll be notified so nothing gets missed. Mentions are also available in post tasks (checklist). New editor also supports basic formatting: bold, italic, and underline.

Facebook Page cover photo

Schedule and update your Facebook Page cover photo from PostFlow. Perfect for promoting upcoming events or refreshing your cover for seasonal campaigns and holidays.

Link previews

Long overdue, but finally here! Link previews now show up in post previews, so you always see the full preview before publishing.

Live editing indicator

When multiple users are editing the same post, a live indicator shows who else has the post composer open with the same post. This helps avoid accidental overwrites.

Approving updates

The approval workflow received two small but useful updates:

Lock post on approval

Disable the lock to allow minor edits after approval without triggering a new approval round.

Self-approval

Users with approval permissions who assign themselves as approvers will have their approval granted automatically when the post is created.

Skippable posts

Mark a post with "Skip publishing" to keep it in PostFlow with scheduling, approvals, and comments, but skip the actual publication. The post will change its status to Skipped. Useful for temporarily pausing a post without deleting it or for planning placeholder content.

PostFlow now lets you create separate post lists in ClickUp for each group, giving you more flexibility and a cleaner way to organize content across multiple clients or brands.

Separate post lists for groups

You can connect new lists in the settings on the ClickUp integration page. The list may then be moved to another folder, but keep it within the Space you selected for PostFlow.

ClickUp List permissions

With a separate post list for each client, you can now use ClickUp permissions to control who has access to the post list.

You can now set up a different approval workflow for each group, customize client access to pages, and schedule organic Facebook carousel posts.

Group-level approval workflows

Group-level approval workflows allow each group in your organization to follow its own approval workflow. This is ideal when some clients don’t require approvals, while others need a more controlled process.

To set up a different approval workflow for a group, go to the Approval page in your organization settings.

Customize client access to pages

Customize which pages your clients can access, Drafts, the Media Library, and Analytics.

Facebook carousels

You can now plan and publish organic Facebook carousel posts in PostFlow. A Facebook carousel has clickable cards and can include up to 10 images.

This update brings extra security for your PostFlow workspace, makes it easier to recognize your social accounts, and adds new options for Threads posts.

Two-Factor Authentication

Increase the security of your PostFlow account with Two-Factor Authentication. This adds an extra layer of protection by requiring a one-time code from your authenticator app.

In the organization settings, you can also decide if 2FA should be required for all members. When enabled, members will be prompted to set up 2FA the next time they log in.

Custom names for social accounts

You can now set custom names for the social accounts connected to PostFlow.

This helps you quickly recognize the right account, especially when you manage multiple accounts for brands or clients.

Threads update

You can now publish GIF posts to Threads using the built-in GIF library in PostFlow. Custom uploaded GIFs are not supported for Threads.

We also expanded poll metrics for posts with a new value showing the number of votes.

Mentions just got a major upgrade! You can now search for the right account using mention suggestions in PostFlow. Cross-network mentions, saved mention groups, and more.

Mention suggestions

Mention suggestions are now available in PostFlow. Never tag the wrong account again.

Type @ to quickly find and mention the right account.

Cross-network mentions

Define mentions for each social network without need to create a customized post versions. For social networks that do not support mentions, you can set a fallback text.

Saved mentions

If you often mention the same accounts, you will love this feature.

Save mention groups with handles for all social networks, then apply them in just 2 clicks.

• Never tag the wrong account again

Delay between posts

This feature lets you add a delay between multiple posts, so posts go live one after another instead of all at once.

For example: 3 posts (accounts) to publish, delay 10 minutes. The first post will be published at 10:00, the second at 10:10, and the last at 10:20.

Approving page

On the Approving page, you will now find all posts across all groups by default.

This is a significant benefit, especially for users and clients managing multiple groups, who were sometimes confused about why they couldn’t see posts awaiting approval.

If you want to view only posts from the currently active group (original solution), click on the checkbox: Filter by group

This update brings big improvements to calendar notes, more accurate post previews, and new update to ClickUp integration.

Post previews

Post previews for Facebook and LinkedIn are now much more accurate. You can be confident that your published post will look the same as in PostFlow.

Calendar notes

Notes are now scoped to a group, but you can still create notes across all groups.

Set visibility for clients or keep notes internal for your team. Notes can span multiple days, and you can easily move them around the calendar with drag and drop.

ClickUp integration

When publishing, tasks are set to In progress status in advance, so you no longer receive overdue task notifications in ClickUp. Existing users need to visit the ClickUp integration page in PostFlow to finish update.

You can also switch tasks between Draft and Scheduled statuses to set whether a post is in draft mode.

The notification center has been polished to give you more control over what notifications you want to receive and where they are delivered.

Multiple new notification types are now available, helping you stay aware of important events such as a guest leaving a comment or approving a post.

This update makes it easier to collaborate with people outside your PostFlow workspace. You can now share posts with clients without needing a PostFlow account.

Public post sharing

Share drafts or scheduled posts with a public link. Guests can preview the content and leave comments directly on the shared post, no PostFlow accounts needed.

Guest approving

Guests without a PostFlow account can now also approve posts using an external public link. This feature is available for the Loose approval workflow and can be disabled in the settings if not needed.

This release brings a major update to ClickUp integration and the most requested features. It makes ClickUp and PostFlow integration more powerful and versatile than ever.

Post to multiple accounts from one task

The update adds a new Posts list to your workspace. To publish a post to multiple accounts, select the accounts in the custom field Accounts. You no longer need to duplicate tasks into multiple lists.

Publishing from the new Posts list is now the default, but the old method (separate lists) is still supported.

All posts synchronized

All posts from PostFlow are now automatically synced to the new list. And it works vice versa too.

See your entire content plan directly inside ClickUp, in your favorite view like calendar or board. Need to make edits or add media? Do it right in ClickUp without switching apps.

Post comment syncing

All post comments from PostFlow are now imported into the ClickUp task.

Want notifications for new comments? Simply add yourself as a task watcher or set up an automation to do it for you for all new posts.

This update brings the brand new Media Library and Google Drive integration.

Media library

The Media Library will help you organize all your creative files in one central location. It’s perfect when you use media repeatedly in your posts.

Easily share media files with your team and clients. Clients can upload the required assets directly to PostFlow. No more sending files and links back and forth via emails!

If you work with videos or larger media files, upload them all to the media library in advance and save time when creating your posts!

Google Drive integration

Easily import media from your Google Drive account directly into the post composer when creating post. You can also select multiple files to import.

This release brings new dedicated page for all things approval, option to send multi-post approval requests, new dashboard widgets and more.

Multi-post approval request

When creating a post, you now have the option to choose if an approval request should be sent. In organization settings set a default value that will always be preselected.

Approval request can be sent later or in bulk with multiple posts at once.

Bulk approval requests can be sent from the new approving page under the "Not requested yet" tab.

Arrow key shortcuts

Navigating between posts just got faster. You can now use the arrow keys to navigate in the post detail modal.

Use ← → arrow keys to quickly navigate between post groups.

Use ↑ ↓ arrow keys to cycle through posts for each social account.

Approval page

This new page helps you stay on top of posts that are waiting for your approval, have been rejected, or missed review and need to be rescheduled. You have the option to show only the posts assigned to you or all posts for the entire group.

Clients will see a simplified page, showing only the posts they need to approve.

You can now set custom thumbnails for your videos! This feature is available for Instagram Reels, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. Choose a frame from the uploaded video or upload your own custom image to serve as the thumbnail.

New ClickUp integration is here! This integration adds social media management capabilities directly into your workspace. You never have to leave ClickUp to manage and publish your social posts.

PostFlow also automatically brings your post metrics into your workspace. So you can work with these metrics in your dashboards or build your goals on top of them.

Review cross-platform performance at the post level or switch to network-specific view to focus on performance within a single social network. With Content analytics, you can dig into the full picture of how your content performs.

⭐️ Post rating

PostFlow post score is your new quick performance indicator. Every post now has a Post score from 0 to 10.

• 5 is average post for account
• 10 means the post performs at least 2x better than account average

The score is based on engagements and impressions, adjusted over time and calculated individually per account and content type.

📅 Different publication dates

A highly requested feature is now available in PostFlow! You can set different publication dates for each account when scheduling content. Posts with customized dates will be created as separate post groups after scheduling.

🎥 Automatic conversion of Instagram videos

Uploaded videos that don’t meet Instagram’s requirements will now be automatically converted. PostFlow checks and converts video bitrate, audio bitrate, resolution and frames per second (FPS) to ensure compatibility.

🔁 Duplicating a single post

You can now duplicate a specific post from a post group, instead of copying the entire group.

Improved Instagram validation

Post composer now better validates Instagram posts, ensuring correct video duration and other media specifications.

Big improvements for connecting Instagram accounts! Now you can connect your Instagram accounts without a Facebook page!

Easily connect your personal Instagram accounts and start scheduling your posts, stories or reels. It also makes it much easier to connect your clients' accounts. You no longer need to set the permissions.

If you need to connect multiple Instagram accounts, always sign in to Instagram with the next account before connecting.

Instagram product tagging is not available with this login option. If you need product tagging, connect your Instagram accounts using Facebook login.

Posts with best reach

Find your top 5 posts with the highest reach in your active group. You can view your best performers in the full month or the current week.

We have redesigned the approval workflow and now have 4 ways you can use to approve your content.

Whether you need a simple approval from anyone on your team or a complex multi-level workflow involving clients, our flexible approval system adapts to your flow.

Approvals are disabled and not needed for publishing.

Loose

Approval is required, anyone in your organization with approval permission can grant approval. When you create a post, you can select who will be notified to give approval.

Strict

One approval is required

Select multiple users, the post will be ready for publishing once it gets at least 1 approval.

Everyone must approved

All selected users must give their approval before publishing a post.

Strict multi-level

In strict mode you can also use the multi-level approval process, if you select your team members and clients as approvers.

Clients will only be notified when all selected internal members approve content.

We have added a much requested feature to make it easier for you to manage your organization in PostFlow. You can now select which groups a user has access to.

For internal members you can set access to all groups, current and future ones.

For external users and clients, select only the social account groups they should see.

Instagram Reels

We've added support for Instagram Reels. You can now schedule Instagram Reels directly from your ClickUp workspace.

To schedule Instagram Reels, create a new post as you are used to in PostFlow and add a video in the appropriate format for IG Reels.

Now you can share your Instagram and Facebook Page posts directly from your ClickUp workspace!

Instagram

With PostFlow, you can schedule post image, videos, or a carousel post (multiple photos and videos in one post). We are also preparing support for Instagram Reels.

To connect to PostFlow, you have to convert your account to Instagram Business account. Business accounts require to have a Facebook Page linked to them.

Facebook Page

You can schedule and publish video posts or posts with up to 10 images. Mentioning other Facebook pages in a post is currently not supported.

We’ve made a couple of improvements to StoreToClickUp.

📊 Saving metrics

In addition to the content, public tweet metrics (likes, replies, retweets) are also saved. You can now filter your saved tweets and threads by how much of a social buzz they made.

🔒 Preventing duplicates

Do you save a lot of Twitter threads? Now you no longer have to worry about duplicate content. Duplicate tweets will no longer be saved to your ClickUp list.

With this StoreToClickUp update, your saved tweets will look even better in ClickUp!

🖼️ images directly in ClickUp

All images are now saved directly to ClickUp by default.

If you do not want to save media directly to ClickUp, you can disable this option in the settings.

🔗 expanded URL links

All links in the ClickUp task are expanded and displayed in full size.

🪐 clickable Twitter Space cards

User mentions are now clickable, and the link goes to the user's Twitter profile.

👤 clickable @mentions

We recommend saving the content of the last tweet with an anchor as a template. You can then easily attach the ending tweet in two clicks.
